How are memories like a river?

Memories are like a river because they can go on and on just like the water within the river. The more rapid that the water flows, the faster the memories happen. They are also like a river because they have a variety of things inside of them, just like a river can have different things living inside of it and the memories have different things that happen in each one. It doesn’t matter what you have a memory o just as long as you something to remember when you get older and want to remember all the things that you did as a child just like the river will always be there for you if you need water.
