How is a clock like the bubonic plague?

A clock is like the bubonic plague because every minute that goes by you are closer and closer to dieing and this is what happened with the bubonic plague. The people who were infected only had so long to live afore the lymph node explode, and we only have so long to live before we die but the only difference is that we don’t know how long that will be.  So in a way we are in a bubonic plague just not with the swelling of lymph nodes. The plague is a disease and it kills within a matter of time, so does the clock. In time it will be your turn to die. We just don’t know how long it will be. We can live for four days like the infected people or we can live for sixty years we will never know until we are gone.
